NO! do not take out the fender Liner, under the driver side wheel well is your engine harness and once you get the rubbing and scrubbing on them its all over, your ABS, airbag and ecu wires are gone, and your car will have electrical problems up the A_ _ oh yeah it happened to me so either get smaller wheels or raise suspension it was to late for me. and even after i re spliced all my wires i still had issues.
here was my car looked Damn good but paid for it in the end

thanks for the advice abboushi. i was thinking about taking out the lining.....thank god i didnt, but dude i think theres more rubbing on the body of the car. Do you guys see the rubbing that scraped right thru the lining to bare metal??? maybe i should hammer it in.....maybe not...

I dunno how well it works, but Autozone sells a little kit consisting of rubber pieces that are suppose to raise a vehicle up by inserting them inbetween the coils. This might allow you to "tweak" the height.

i might give that a try but the problem is.....i dont want the car to sit any higher. bummer cuz the driver side is different from the right side. the driver side frame is closer to the wheels then on the passenger side.

The SC has very shallow front fenders, and 255 width 20" tires are a pain in the butt on lowered GS's much less coupes. You need a different sized front tire. There are options, but they can get pricey.
You can try to go cheaper with a Hankook 225/35, but you would probably be better served with a Continental 235/30-20
