i want to lower my car so what is some good spring and shock for a 1998 GS 400?
is L-tuned good?

I have the L-tuned shocks and springs and I like it but it is definately not a "performance" suspension. Now that I have gotten into modding a little more, I would go with a coilover system. I bought my L-tuned stuff from Sewell Lexus. http://www.lexus-parts.com/

I think they still have the L-tuned springs but not the shocks. I think you could go with KYB shocks.

I think the biggest improvement in handling came from the Daizen sway bars.
