Advice -- shocks/strut caps versus lower control arms, ball joints and tie rod ends

yeah I am going to replace all of this when I install the tein CS coils I bought... there are too many different threads on this topic, but I also want to know is it worth just replacing everything since half of it will be apart? At least then I know I have many miles before I have to worry about anything.
