Default Wheel Options Help

I have searched through the forums and cannot find an answer to this question. I have a 96 SC300 blk/blk 5 speed. The stock wheels have had it. Without getting complicated or expensive I was going to go with 18's and lower with a set of Eibach or Espelie springs. With this exact setup how much will ride quality suffer on a scale from 1-10. (1- it makes no difference, 10-now it rides like a truck.)

If I go with 17's do I have to lower it ?

the ride quality wont suffer all that much with either the 18s or 17s. for ride compromise comes from the tires and how large the sidewall is. The springs you are looking at are both comfortable springs...the correct shock to match the springs you choose will also affect comfort. Remember comfort and handling are almost opposites and you will have to compromise one for the other.

if u r going to go with espiler, i suggestion u go with 18's unless u have stock bodykit, coz the espiler really slam ur car and give u a more aggressive look, i have them on my car, i really love the way they drop the car, and the ride isn't too bad. i already have 18's be4 the drop, i used to be able to fit 4 fingers between the fender and the tire, now i can barely fit one in, just giving u the picture how the drop is going to be.
