If they are the exactly the same caliper, piston sizer & rotor size F & R , then you are going to have way too much rear brake bias, unless you have a proportioning valve.
If that's the case, then this is a real dangerous combo.
There may be a good reason why it's never been done before.

I know you want to save the full details until after its done, but at least clue us in to the plan- do the bolt holes line up?
If not, do you plan to make a bracket, or drill the caliper and/or hub assembly to make it fit?
