bilstien coilovers?
#2
paul,
last time(few months ago) i checked w/bilsteins, only the PSS(only height, not firmness adjustable) is available for the GS. i do not think any of the guys here has the Bilstiens coils as they just came out few months ago. from its name, the qulaity should be good.

paul1234 - Asked about these several weeks ago. Like Will said, no one has run them yet. I am not overly interested in dropping so my current plan was to get the sport bilsteins from Will and use them with the stock springs. They will be installed in about two weeks. Then I will see. If I decide to go more, I either get Eibachs or get a discussion with Will about the bilstein coilovers. Obviously I would prefer the fully adjustable (coil and shock) but I would probably take just the coil adjustment and try the bilsteins over something like the Teins. Just a large fan of bilstein and making coilovers work correctly is not trivial.

went with the L-Tuned
package, springs, shocks, F&R sway bars. I would have preferred a little firmer ride but thn my wife would have been unhappy. With our tricked out Civic she has to wear a sports bra and claims that isn't enough support for the harsh ride.
Seems to be a great compomise, firm but not harsh, definate improvement in handling both in turns and under braking. Thanks to Shinchan, I'll install the steering ECU.
