Default ABS problem???

I've recently installed Eibach springs and Tokico shocks in my '98 SC300. Everything went smooth except now when I come to a stop at the last minute before the car actually stops, the brakes vibrate, just like the antilock brakes are operating. It only happens for a second or two just before the car comes to a complete stop. There are no lights on in the cluster reporting a problem. Also, when I removed to the ABS sensors to install the new shocks/springs I was extra careful not to get any dirt on them or stress the wires in any way. Just wondering if anybody has experienced the same problem or if anyone can point me in the right direction to fix the problem. Any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank-you in advance.
