The ride quality isn't that bad, a little more firm than stock. My only gripe is that on broken pavement, not potholes, but some California highways have individual breaks evenly spaced the ride is really rough. The stock suspension didn't handle these type of roads that well either and the Eibachs make you feel it even more. My 330Ci did not have this problem but it seems the IS350 is more bouncy on these types of roads.

I have a question for you viet. You said the front drop is 1' and the back is 0.8", but I just checked for the eibach pro-kit available for the IS 250/350 and the stated drop is 1.4" front and 1.0" back. Just want to know if thats the same kit you have before I do any purchasing.
