Sorry for making another new thread on this topic. I've searched though the forum (old and new) for info about Tanabe and Espelir. Most of you seemed happy with either one though Espelir seems more popular. At least a (very) few of you said you had Espelir with stock shocks, but some responses for this setup mentioned problem with the camber (because Espelir lowers the SC300 much more). I haven't heard anyone using Tanabe on stock shocks yet.
I have been wanting to order a set of springs to lower my car. Not much money left, so I intend to use my stock shocks.
Need your ultimate answer on which springs that go better with stock shocks.
(Mine is stock 5-sp SC300, but comments for SC400 absolutely help as well)

i have the espiler along with tokico blue shocks, i have no complain about them at all, and i don't have any camber problems at all. i say it is kinda stiff, but not to the point that it is annoying. love the way it dropped the car.
i saw u other post about the tanabe as well, my opinion for u will be, if u want to have a stiff ride, go with the espilers, if not stick with the tanabes. both of them are not bad choices, just a matter of how u want it. good luck.

DEscribes my setup to a tee as well, no camber issues here either. I have visible negative camber, but it is not so far out of range that would warrant a camber kit additionally.

I have espelirs too and just like everyone else is saying - nice drop, stiffer ride, and slight neg. camber. The tanabe springs offer a good drop as well, although I hear that they are a little soft.
