Yea, the 50% tint on the windshield is legal on every piece of glass except the windshield, and the 15% on all the other windows is legal on the 2 back passenger windows and the rear window.

Black is nice but i bet if it was GOLD it would look much better. Just my opinion.

i dont profess to knowing everything, but when i bought my tires i used the 1010tires.com tire calculator, and the guy at americas tire said its better to be .5 smaller then 5.9% larger then OEM,
according to the calculator its only off by about .5 of an inch, if you go bigger like a 275/40 your overal diameter will be larger and your revs per mile are less, so its the less of two evils.
