It looks like i need to try the Hunter GSP-9700 Tire Balancer to get the vibration out of my wheels before trying the pretensioner.

This thread is getting a little old now, but I'm going to report that I've replaced my CA bushings with Daizens - Vibration still there. Did the pretensioner tightening - definitely helped with vibration, but still there. Got hubcentric rings - also helped, but vibration still there. So it's down quite a bit now, but not gone. Apparently the stock suspension & steering is designed to absorb a lot of the natural wiggling that goes on at the wheels, at least when the car is new. Also note that I'm running Pilot Sport A/S, probably THE most round tire on the market due to Michelin manufacturing techniques.
Now I just got the Daizen steering rack bushings, hoping that will take the last bit of vibration out. On the upside, by the time ya get all the vibrations out, ya turned the daggone thing into a race car. Apparently you need the Jeff Gordon pit crew to do it though.
The last test I'm gonna do is remove the 2 sets of wheel locks (Gorilla + McGard) and make all 5 lug nuts the same, to see if that smooths it out any more.
I highly recommend aluminum hubcentric rings from Discount Tire Direct for anyone with aftermarket wheels. Eliminates any question of whether your wheels are not centered when lugs are tightened. Note that stock wheels are already hubcentric - they are made to fit onto the hub exactly.
