Default Rear Wheel Tilts Up and Down

Noticed uneven rear brake pad wear on the passenger rear only. Deccided to dismantle brake to check for lodged debris.

Noticed upon wheel mounting that the wheel tilts up and down 2-4 more degrees than it should (albeit none).

The GoodYear Dealer installed a "camber kit" for my 19's about 3 months ago.

Could this be the cause or a bad bearing?

The wheel hub might be bad.

if the bearings have been bad for a while its very possible the hub is also damaged.
