The Best Coilover For The Buck?
#16
i ran the Supra silk roads for stiffness
it was rated at 18 front and something like 10 rear.
i do agree that SS are too soft, but for people that want to keep ride comfort BASICS and SS are best bet.
the basics are mainly drop
ss are drop and some features.
the HA or HE or w/e they make for us is the best i believe we can get from Tein
Hipermax is daily driveable as i believe the rear is soft while the front is hard(something like 6 in the rear)
The Kei Office was the other real rough suspension out there, but yea...GL getting it

Yeah I know the Tein Flex's are the best and the price reflects that....
Is there not a comparable Coilover to the Tein Flex's out their for a better price?....What about the HKS, and others, anybody know info on those.....
Tein Flex's for $1300?????Yipes...You can almost buy a used, beat up and salvaged 92 Sc4 for that much.....

if i were to purchase coilovers again id probably go with...JIC Magic FLT-A2 14kg/10kg. or possibly HKS Hipermax-RS 10kg/7kg. right now i currently have HKS Hipermax-PRO 22kg/16kg and im happy with them they handle verry well but with these kinda rates the ride quality does suffer keep in mind.
