Default brake pedal to high

anyone else have this problem ?? my brake pedal is hella high, and its really anoying, i scoot the seat back and im to far from the rest of the pedals i think somone did a brake mater cylinder on my car or something because my brakes are hella touchey. anyone else have the problem of a high brake pedal. i looke under the dash and there are some threads but not much left to adjust it, im gonna try and adjust it some day

Then your right, without anti lock brakes, your car has a bad or incorrectly installed master cylinder. Sometimes, you can shorten the push rod from the booster to the cylinder piston.

it has ABS. i have thought about seeing if i could ajust the push rod. i havnt spent any time on it

Were the ABS brakes bleed with a service tool? If not, it is tricky bleeding the ABS solenoids in the ABS pump. The service tool activates the solenoids manually, so air can be bleed out completely. Is also runs the pump.

My suggestion would be to have a Toyota dealer bleed them.
