Yeah, inform me also. What are you trying to say by your statement. IS_250 and I have helped eachother out alot, and his opinion means a lot to me, so whats up?

so which coilovers will you be able to control the ride height inside the car???

None. Some let you control the damping but that's it. There are coilovers for the e36 and e46 Bimmers that allow you to control the height but those are the only ones I've ever seen.

Yes. Even though the springs stay the same in terms of stiffness, by cranking up the damping, there is additional resistance to compression from the shocks/struts.

So does anyone know of a shop in OC that will be able to bend that metal back so i could drop my ride again. It looks not as great anymore. Any ideas?
