welll..my rotors are all rusted and stuff..so im planin to just buy some drill slots/cross drilled ones..but...should i get them from ebay? or should i just get the "power slot" brand?

Crossdrilled are for racing only. They actually increase your stoping distance due to the surface area lost to those stupid holes. The only reason to go crossdrilled is if you race Laguna Seca all day and need the fade resistance. To racers consistency when stopping from 120 to 50 every 15 seconds is more important that single time stopping once in a while.
Slotted is okay, but it dosent make really al lthat much of a difference. Also, going "performance" or "sport" pads/rotors wil make the car jerkier to brake and it will make it harder to brake smoothly which can get annoying. Also, you should never need this upgrade on the street.
Brembo blanks and OE replacements will allow you to brake smoothest and give you a high level of comfort. Brembo blanks and performance pads for best stopping distance but not smooth stopping.
Slotted if you live in mounatainous areas and you need better fade resistance, for normal drivers in surburbia or the city, this is also a bad choice because it decreases your surface area somewhat and increases stopping distances.

Every car I have have ever owned. I have always had drilled or vented rotors. Those rotors make your pads last longer. Just do a search on brake gassing. That is when you have non-drilled rotors and during braking it creates a gas between the pad and the rotor. Send me and email and I will give you a phone number of a shop I use for performance rotors.

dont worry about it then, If you really like the looks buy it. It wont drastically increase stopping distances but it might take maybe 10-15 feet more to stop from 60. If you really want it, go for it I'm just being sort of the devil's advocate,
But then lets look at this logically, how many people will look at your brake rotors in a parking lot or while you drive by or pull up next to them? And then there si the price consideration, Brembo blanks and OEM pads will cost much less and give smoother ride with similar stopping distances to crossdrilled/slotted rotors and performance pads which will grab and jolt you forward somewhat and make you look bad at driving when someone else in in the car with you that may not necessarily appreciate the brake "upgrade"(like your signifigant other, family member,etc)

braking is a function of Surface area * Force *Coefficent of friction which creates the Force of Friction. Granted the pads are always touching some parts but the less surface area, the lessForce of friction it creates.
For example if you have 1200psi(force)/.35cf(coefficent friction) on both setups, but all other things being equal 15square inches is going to allow a much larger Ffr(force of friction) than 12 square inches.
1 200 * 15 * .35 = 6 300
1 200 * 12 * .35 = 5 040

They're called brembo blanks by fans but offically they're just brembo oem replacement rotors. They're really nice rotors and cheap too.

~240 for 4 rotors(well cheap compared to the other name brand performance rotors), $62 for pads. Best of all you are getting a Brembo product which imho is good quality, instead of noname rotors and pads.
The Satisfied pads are pretty good for OEM replacement. I use them down at the shop all the time and they are pretty nice, not too much dust and performs as expected.

You can have them ordered in either drilled, slotted, or both for looks...
If you're going to buy on eBay, check their feedback to separate the true businesses from flakey sellers
