What is you're offset?? If it rubs badly it must be a low offset (+15 or something)
The thing I don't get is that your wheel is a 18x10.5? Your tire should be streched a little more than that if you're on 275's...Unless your running something bigger than a 275? Than that would be your problem.

If all else fails...get some correctly fitted shoes, I'm sure you can sell those HRE's for a pretty penny.

I wanna keep 'em. I like the way they look and I havent seen any SC300s with the same wheels ( that I can think of )

I like the look of Emerald's rear fenders and was hoping to do somthing similar.

I looked at them yesterday and just cant see how you can do it with a bat or other simple hand tool. The car is nice and I dont want to F it up. Knowing me someone will explain it, I will try it , and then go look for a bodyshop to fix it. $$$

Clueless as to offset. The wheels were on the car and the recipt does not say.

I'll look when I get home.

This is the only shot I have of the rear tires from a straight back angle.

From the sidewall buldge, looks like you're either running 295's or 275's on a 9.5" or 10" wheel.
Just a guess though...LOL either way looks good!

Looks awesome! I really like your exhaust set up. Looks like the "tips" are tucked in. Nice. What kind of set up do you have?
Thanks

Default tire size

they are 295/35/18 18x10.5 rears 18x8 front

I think I am going to get coilovers after I do the fender roll because as it turns out all of my tires rub. Except the right front. Go figure.

Exhaust is all Greddy. No cat.

I just Thermoshield fiberglass wrap on the hot side of the trubo and the downpipe and the stuff is smoking. Smokes kind of a lot I think.
Is that normal? If you put Thermoshieling on do you have to use the silicone spray??? Anyone?

295's...I don't think rolling is going to solve your problem...by the look of your wheels and the lip you have in the rear, you have a pretty low offset and trying to stuff 295's in the well is pretty hard. I would live with the rubbing until you need to by a new set of tires (275's or 265's)
Good Luck! and post 1/4 mile numbers when you get a chance.

Default Yea...

I realize now that the SC I crashed had the fenders pulled & rolled.

Your fenders look good bro.

I dont know if I want to get into all the bodywork. I may just get a tire smaller than 295 and roll the fenders. For now it's driveable with just me in it.

I have a vidio of the car pulling on the Dyno from Yesterday. I will try to post a link.
Now if I can only figure out how can I post a video?

Default Dyno Video

Just had the car Dyno'd.
Respectable power but not crazy.

Check it out

Steve at SR Motorcars had to put some wheels off a Skyline on the SC to do the pull because my wheels rubbed bad when the car would squat down.

Above is an article with pictures utilizing the baseball bat method..

The baseball bat method will probably work for the front fenders but ineffective for the rear. Both rear fenders have thick metal that doesn't seem to bend or flex. You might want to consider cutting the fender with a dremel or a cutting tool of some sort. Or just rent a fender roller or go to someone who has one; that way it comes out clean.
