Fender roll or coilovers?
#31
CAUTION! when rolling the front fenders (which isn't much) remove the metal 1" trim piece and most importantly, remove the 3-4 screws that holds the plastic fender well to the fender. If you don't and you roll the fenders with the screws in, it can dent your fender outwards. After rolling the fenders you can get shorter screws or use black tie straps to hold it together. Just FYI! Goodluck.

I was wondering, do any you guys on stock wheels with some suspension work keep the inner wheel well plastic linings? Mine is rubbing hardcore and was wondering if it is a good idea to take it off. When I bust U-turns, it rubs and catch some dramatic no-good attention. I was thinking about rolling my fenders. Also, I my tires were not 16/55. I replaced it recently with 16/60 (i was in need of tires). Any suggestions or help? The 16/60 tires makes it fatter. Any way to get over the rubbing?

Well....
I got coil overs thinking that adjusting the stance would help my rubbing problem but It just looks like I am going to have to get some tires that are not so fat. I'd have to pull/roll the fenders more than 3/4 inch to get the rear tires to clear. Too much $$$ in bodywork. The paint is nice and still OEM. So one day I will but for now... The 295s are just too much.
Any recomendations on a rear tire size That wont rub? I don't know my offset #'s
The car is filthy. I have been modding it continiously since the dyno and havent driven it since more than a month or so ago.
Next I will get some rear tires that fit, wash, and claybar. Then I will begin to drive it every day.
It just rubbed too bad to drive.
