here is my DIY on Stainless Steel brake line replacement
I have an 01 430. There are more pictures in my gallery as well if you'd like. The ones in there should be plenty big. Good idea BTW I've learned a lot from Bananas site.

When I'm not busy, i can throw together a DIY for front speaker baffle to accomodate 6.5" (7", 5.25", 4", etc can be done) using 3/4" thick wood. Rather than hacking up the stock enclosure (plain bad platform to use anyways), you can have a sturdy baffle that looks good. Not to mention, it's just one piece, instead of (2) piece of wood glued together, which requires more work.
I'll even try to scan a drawing of the baffle 100% as a template so people can just print it out, trace it on the wood, and cut it out. No more guessing on what the baffle should look like.

First of all. I think everyone likes this new site.
So I guess I'll continue to add more stuff. The stuff below is just to help me add in stuff quicker. Building a new page is quick, but adding/editing content and such is not
Notice:
For anyone else that wants to submit DIY's. Please have plenty of pix on hand that are a good resolution (original photos preferred). If not, I'm sorry I'll have to refuse your DIY. The whole point of me making this DIY site is to make everything very clear and easy to follow. A good writeup is also preferred, but not completely necessary. However, as I have to mention again, good pix are necessary. If you want me to use your real name or any other info in the guides you submit, just PM me the info.
Awesome stuff! When you get it done. PM me and I will add it to the DIY site
