Default Help identify brakes by picture (1992 SC-300)

I just got new wheels for my baby ('92 SC-300) because the stock 15" wheels were fairly corroded. I love the wheels, but the rotor rust and wear are quite ugly. I'm going to order new rotors and paint the hat (in addition to the calipers, probably) and have someone install them for me (apartment complex doesn't like people working on cars on the premises.

What I need help in is figuring out if this is just stock OEM stuff and what I should replace it with?
Do I have to get new calipers along with the rotors and pads? (Should I?)
And, most importantly, where? (I live in Houston.) Price is a factor, of course, but mostly I want to make sure I'm getting quality stuff.

Passenger-side front wheel.

Passenger-side back wheel.

Thanks!

(Also, was there a purging of usernames here? I registered and posted under this name well over a year ago and I had to re-register, weird!)
