Default when replacing shocks its good to....

so my shocks are frozen up front and pretty close in the back so im going to either get new kyb's all around or tein basic coilover. only problem is i want to spend about 500-600 on the teins new and that doesnt look to easy for now.. my question is 2 parts.. i know when replacing the read shocks, its also good to replace the mounts.. (1)are there any other things that should be replaced besides the mounts. (2) if i get the coilovers..should anything be replaced in a different way then kybs??(i.e. if i got coilovers would i say not have to even worry about shock mounts?... or im not even close to making sense cause i dont know what i am talking about that much, thanks for any input
