Default TEIN CS coilovers are almost here!!!

Just went by my local shop and asked about the TEIN CS. He called TEIN USA in Californ-i-a and they responded and said that the CS will be in their warehouse on the 17th from Japan. Add about another 5 days to that and they will be in my hands.

My mod guy told me these will be a limited shipment for the first shipment. So if you are interested go put a deposit on them at your AUTHORIZED dealer. If you are in the PA/NJ/DE area, send me a PM. I would post the shop name, but I don't know if thats against forum rules since they are not a CL vendor.

Price was $1400. $250 for install, which I know may be high according to what some members are able to get. But this shop is very reputable and stands behind their installation work. They had booths at HIN in AC as well.

Off topic, saw some of their cars in the shop. Don't have pics, but I will take some when I go get them installed. They had a 350Z pushing 650whp, and I saw another customers GS that was getting blown. Very nice. Oh and a G35 sitting on very nice HRE's.

Hmmmm.....interesting. So It's coming. I must bother my "contact".

$250 for install? If it is just INSTALLING it, then it's pretty expensive. Unless they corner weight it also.

I'm sure, but it's so hard to talk to him, cause he barely responds to my IM's at all.

yea SS should have stiffer springs with them.. But it seems like everyone is all for the CS when the SS are already out and 400 cheaper. Did i miss something?

Hi Johnny,

Both, the SS and the CS are EDFC compatible. As a matter of fact, they both use the same EDFC controller.
