Default Rear Brakes Dilema: Upgrade or Not

My car is currently at 150,000 miles and the rear rotors are completely shot.

My dilema is to whether replace the rotor and pads OR upgrade to the TT rear calipers and rotors... Here are the factors which makes this a difficult decision...

1. If I go with replacing the oem stuff, I dont know how much longer the REAR OEM calipers last before seizing up. The front OEM ones locked up at 140k miles. What is your guys experience with the rear calipers seizing up? Im just really afraid on replacing the rear brake stuff then having the calipers lock up soon. I mean if its at <100k miles, I would just stick to OEM to save money

2. Since my fronts brakes are from the Supra TTs, does it help that much to add the Supra TT rears???

1. My rear started to seize at 160K but I think every car is different

2. It'll look pretty.

just upgrade new is always better!!

I’m glad I did my rears. Feels more balanced. No regrets.
