Hey,

Just wondering how much people paid for labor to install supra lca's. I've got ranges from 160 all the way up to 700. The lexus dealership quoted me 350. Also, the guy who quoted 700 bc he said the car needs an alignment after you install the lca's. Is this true? I know 700 is way too much, so I want to get an idea of what others have paid and whether or not you guys got alignments after.

$150-200 to install front lower control arms.

$50-60 for alignment which is NECESSARY after this procedure.

Tell whoever quoted you $700 to go screw their dog instead...

Where can you get the $200 job? A popular shop here in the Bay Area that is often recommended by local members here quoted me 5 hrs at $90 to replace the LCAs. He even showed me the repair manual that states 3.1 hours to do each arm.

3 shops I know and have done business with in SoCal all quoted me prices between $150 and $200. This is not a special "hook up" price, it's what they normally charge anyone who walks/drives in.

Does anyone know of such shops here in the Bay Area with such reasonable prices?

Are you replacing the bushings in the LCA's or just swapping for another set? This will make a huge difference in price.
