Default coiover problem

so i bought a new pair of tein basics. i put them on and all of a sudden my front left is lower then the others. so i raise it a lot, and yet no difference its still lower then my other side. so i took it to a shop and asked if and of my control arms and their bushing need replacement, they told me that everything was perfect and in tact. then i asked about my rack in pinion (however you spell that) and they said that, that is still in good condition. does anyone else know what the problem could be, other then deffective? thanks
