Default Brake squeaking at slow speeds and turning

Hi guys,
I'm having issues with my brakes. At high speeds and braking, I don't hear the noise. But at rolling speeds, whenever I hit the brakes, I hear a squeak. All the noise is coming from the front left wheel. When turning right, I hear a clunk noise from the front right wheel. At parked position, as I pump the brakes, I hear a squeak only from that left front wheel, like it's squeezing something. I just had all my rotors resurfaced and new pads put in less than 5k miles ago and the noise just started again. That rotor was warped the first time when I had it resurfaced. Can someone help me identify what's wrong and how to fix it?

Thanks,
Johnny
