Anyone have any idea what setup this is?
Looks like 19's, but I cant tell how much of a suspension drop that is. But I think it looks VERY nice and clean. It really shows off the 97+ bodystyle.

No they are 19's. I tried to purchase the car from the dealer that Nazty sold it to, but they sold before I was able to put a deposit on it. So yeah I did my homework on the car and it is infact 19's.

No, the dealer lied... those are 18 x 9 Gianelle 10 Flush rims, on 225/40/18 Dunlop FM901's.
I used the Tokico Illumina coilovers from the Supra,..not lexus setup.
Also Daizen bushings / camber kit were subbed out... so it handles dope as hell....
19's wouldn't allow for that low of drop,... and it doesn't rub, unless you lock the wheel while going up an incline.... it's the correct offset / size for the drop.
