Only time will tell, so far so good, been driving for 5 weeks with no problems!!!

I'm thinking the TT brakes simply don't get as hot as the stock brakes, and the vented/crossdrilled rotors help a lot as well....

I suppose if I had the car on a track then the story could be different....

Don’t worry.
I have less than a dimes worth of clearance. Been that way for a year with no problems. There was absolutely no way I was going to use spacers. BTW, your ride looks good.

Thanks!!

Suspension is next along with new lower control arms, hopefully the car will stop riding like ___ once that's done (feel every bump in the road on stock setup rightnow)...

I was hesitant to spend money on spacers unless I really needed them!

Anyone know if the new GS350 uses the same brakes as the GS430?
wondering if the new GS350 wheels will fit,
they don't look bad either

Just want to make a correction to the original post, so future readers don't get misinformed
I've been told SC430 rims will NOT clear the TT calipers...

The wheels would have to be revolving so fast that they reached a temperature somewhat near their melting point. By that time your tires are long past toast so it's safe to say no, there's very little chance of that happening.

There's a more likely scenerio of you hitting road debris or some other heavy object which could bend your wheel into the caliper, but again, that's unlikely as most bends occur at the barrel or the lip of rims, not to the face.

Not gonna fit. Maybe spacers will make it work, but not certain.
