Default Down to Swift or Espelir springs

Which set up should i go with, Swift and Tokico or Espelir and Tokico. Looking for a confy ride and looks for everyday driving, to go with either 18' volk gt-c or 18' gram light 57pro.

deff swift. But quality coilovers are 10x better. And quality coilovers, i dont mean the tein crap. Go w/ good stuff like..... HKS, Zeal(get the swift spring option), ohlins(dont think they make coilovers for the supra though). All good stuff

ya even k2 or megans are good for general purpose stuff like driving around and then track use. but if the car is just a track car get some thing good.

Go with coilovers...save yourself a lot of time and effort...i run Espelirs...they came with my car...the daily driving is good, and plus they're stiff enough for the track...I just did a drift event with them, and they held up pretty well.

what are the spring rates that Swifts come with?

I had swifts on my old Corolla...i loved them.
