Default anyone have tien basics?

anyone here have tein basics on their car? how do they compare to spring/shock combo? hows the ride? how much can you lower them?

Nope. Not a single member here has Basics on their car.

based on majority opinion, the tein basics ride HARD. that's why they're called basics. The cheapest coilover that Tein has to offer.

They work fine. You get what you pay for though.

get adjustables if you can afford it. Plenty of options.

exactaly- hks isnt expensive for nothing.

I went on the Tein site and the specs for the SS are the same as the Basic.. can someone give me some insight?

Had them, HATED them. It was a kidney buster compared to stock in my opinion.
