Brake question

So I replaced my 2 rear rotors and new pads this past tuesday and bleed the brakes. Now at low speeds (below 10mph) the rears make this horrid whining noise?? A local shop said I need to re adjust my ebrake since I replaced everything with new parts. Car brakes fine just the noise is soo embarissing

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
