Default Ceramic Brake Pads Suggestions Needed

I need to replace the brake pads soon and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on a good set of ceramic pads. I found http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...4800833&rd=1,1 this set on Ebay and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on them. Any suggestions for a quality set of ceramic brake pads would be appreciated.

Two votes for Axxis.

Best place to pick these up? Do any vendors on CL have/offer these?

probably carson, but I know bimmerforums.com has a group buy now for them. I got all 4 for $90 shipped. I got two sets, one for a 328is, and my GS430. Great deals.

and to think I went with the HAWK ceramic pads!!

You can get them through Pep Boys! (seems odd, such a great pad through a low buck place like Peppies)

Any noise coming from those Ultimates? And what is the brake dust like for you? I've heard that they are noisy and create lots of dust. What's your experience? thanks!

I'm currently running Akibonos.

No noise for me either. Well you will get noise in extreme cold, and only till they warm up. Dust is there, but less than hawk or stock.
