Default UGOs Installed

They look great
Great quality
Very lightweight
I got them from Steve G.

Well, I decided to tackle this myself, primarily since manaray had done an excellent write-up on it.

I printed it off and took it to the garage with me My install isn't quite as pristine as his; I need to tuck some of the lining back in...

The front was easy enough, and still good clearance - the rear, what a PITA. I was hard because you are working on bolts almost at the back seat, and having to lean inside, darker than I'd like, and all that jazz, etc., etc.

Well, I prevailed, and got them in. It felt good to do it myself.

They look great, and I could feel a bit of difference on the way to work his mornng while doing a couple of high speed merges onto the freeway.

Now, I wonder if I could do my own sways and LCB?

Hey, I just noticed how the orange UGO brakets compliment the orange SRT seals....cool

Here are the pics:

Dexter - way to go! The braces look terrific. I know the rear one is a pain to install, but I figure if I could do it, anyone can.

Now you just need rims and sway bars and your car will be killer.

That TC and intake combo seems great too, but I'm not sure about the darned drive up to Maryland! I think I'm more interested in brakes and possibly the LSD first though.

Thanks Bit!

I'm eyeing some aesthetic improvements next - rear deck spoiler and a Greddy front lip...that is, unless I do something rather rash and drop some coin this weekend a the car audio place Dave and I might visit....

Hey Dexter, nice job on the install! I'm glad my install instructions were able to help you out!

I was looking at the picts (which look great by the way) and I noticed that you had the rear STB kinda angled...according to the instructions, the logo should be facing STRAIGHT UP...it works "correctly" when the logo is up...just FYI...

I see that there is plenty of clearance for the GS400 engine cover...no such luck on the GS430

Thanks for the advice. I think I left it that way not thinking about it after I took my pics. I'll adjust it next time before I drive. Thanks.

How could you read the directions??!? They were all in Japanese
