I went to toyota to have it scanned It was cheaper then Lexus, I walked away $1818.00 later to have the whole master cylender replace. I needed a new accuator?? no sure on spelling, but @ that price i can only think of 4 letter words for it!!!!! That part only came with the master cylender!!! Lexus wanted $2k plus for it, not installed!!!!!! The car it running fine now, I do think i will give toyota my 1st option for any repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With my 98 GS 300 with 119k miles my front brakes lock up when I have to stop short and the back feel like they are not even working. Also my brake pedal feels mushy like they don't even grab until I press them about half way down. But if a pump them a few times then the brake pedal gets harder. BUt the strange thing is no warning lights come on at all but I do know something is wrong with it. Any suggestions?
