You can buy poly bar-stock and mill it to whatever size you want-- I was thinking about doing that as a side business actually....
The SC300 should use the same stuff-- pretty sure about that--
I believe black and red are different durometer (hardness) ..........

Your bushings are probably worse than you think, mine sure were...
I can't resist an under $20 upgrade that may bring meaningful results. From the outside, my bushing looked perfectly good. How that changed when I had them in my hands. They were crumbly and worn on the inside. The rubber was beginning to disintegrate. My sway bars are MKIV Supra TT, and use the 7/8ths diameter Energy bushing 9.5158r on the rear fits it perfectly.
I have a NASA event at Infineon this weekend and I’ll know more about any improvements then. EDIT: WOT wheel hop issue in second and third gear appears to have vanished, major bonus !
Pix worth a thousand words. Here is what the old ones looked like followed by the new install:

I think it says earlier in the thread that the front bracket fitment is tight and you have to cut it like that. Should not affect anything to make that cut.
No cut for the rears, straight bolt up, see my pix. Install is on a MKIV TT rear sway on my SC300, don't know if that matters. Takes longer to wash and wax then put on the rears.

I just ordered the bushing from Summit (damn 10 dollar handling charge...what a rip-off). Anyways, i didn't have to buy the grease separately, right? It's included? Also, to the OP... can you show how much of the braket has to be ground and which part?

These are common in stock items at Kragen, Autozone PepBoys and probably other majors. No grease included, they are dry.
Edit to reply to question below:
Yeah, sorry a little confusing...I said none "included"...yes they require grease at the time of install and periodically via a grease gun per instructions.

As far as grease goes, so you don't need to apply any greese at all? Then what is the greese insert points for?
