Hey guys, were 20 minutes away from Tein. Well talk to them directly and see what we can work form them. They know that CL members are a big reason we order so much from them.

Thx for the support Carson Lexus (sorry don't know your exact name), anything you can do to possibly speed up the process or even get the ball rolling will be appreciated from me and probably all of us that own an AWD

Luis,
Thanks for helping out. Ive emailed them a number of times but nothing has happened yet. I know for certain that in my area nj/ny id say that 90% of 2IS sold are 250awd models. This car would be perfect with a comfortable drop.

Im in for springs or even coil over for the 25awd, the front end needs to come down an inch and the rear 3/4 of a inch , or more for both. handling, performance, reliability, and adjust ability. all these are essential to me especially the adjust ability to raise it up a bit in the winter. coil overs and headers for the awds will deffinitly improve this car.

TEIN responded to my email as follows:
Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance suspension
products.
We are looking into testing the IS250 AWD, as soon as we can get a test
vehicle. So far, we do not get that many inquiries for the AWD models,
so
development and testing has not been much of a priority for this model.
Please keep posted with us for more updates, as we will soon be finding
out
whether we will be testing one or not. In the meantime, sorry for the
inconvenience.
Should you have any further questions, please feel free to let us know.
Best regards,

I also emailed Tokico and received the following reply, I have since pointed them to this thread in hopes of getting the ball rolling:
Sir,
Current development consists of the 2wd at the present time. However, the rear shock seems to be the same between the 2wd & awd models. If sales and demand for the awd continue, we will develop the awd version also.

Aright Guy's lets make this happen.Good to hear that TEIN is responded, however they cannot do anything without testing an awd car. I realize it is very hard to come by them in CA and the West. About two weeks ago I found CL member CHAPIN33, who is one of the few to own a 250awd in Cali. We were in brieft contact discussing R&D testing his car with TEIN, or Tanabe. Guess he will have to talk to the them directly and set everything up from here. PM him to get info..
Keep the intrest's comming
