Default TEIN's response to my inquiries on Coilovers for our IS250AWD

As some of you guy's know my inquiries with TEIN. Here is my recent conversation with them. I recommend any AWD member's who are interested in coilovers email TEIN requesting them to create them.

To whom this may concern,

Thank you for your response. I do have a few more questions.

1. Do you know when you will be testing an AWD for the coilovers? There
is about 15-20 AWD forum members (clublexus) who are all located
Northern Mid, North East and Canada that are waiting for coilovers made
specifically for our cars. I know that might not be much, but that's
just 1 forum and I'm sure there are many out there that aren't even on
forums.

2. I was told recently by a forum member who has an AWD, running S-TECH
springs and likes them. He is awaiting Coilovers also, but put in the
springs temporarily. Told me that TEIN did state that the S-tech
springs would work on the AWD units. If the S-TECH springs work, will
the H-tech?

TEIN RESPONSE
Dear Tommy,

Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance suspension products.

The more inquiries we receive from the consumers interested in a kit for the
IS350 AWD, the better the chances of producing a kit for those models. So
far, we have only received a few inquiries. We will definitely be looking
into it, though.

If the S.Tech springs work fine, the High Techs will work just as well.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Best regards,
Sales

Us awd owners need to keep this thread alive. I was at the dealer and saw an IS350 in the lot and its stance was so much lower/aggressive than my awd. It looked amazing too. The car also rolls way more around turns than my sisters 06 325xi. At this point im willing to compromise a little bit of ride comfort for appearance and handling.

I will buy one as soon as they R&D and release. I've been waiting for a coilover forever now, well since I got the car 1.5 years ago.

Dear nabbun,

Thank you for your interest in TEIN High Performance suspension products.

Thank you for offering your car for our R&D!

Actually, we will be testing the IS250 for new products soon. We should also
be looking into the AWD models as well. A few of the kits will include upper
mounts, but it seems like only the Flex kit will include pillowball style
mounts. Please keep posted with us for more updates, as we should be testing
this vehicle soon.

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Best regards,
Sales

You guys maybe some vendor support could help. I'm sure if we could guarantee a certain amount of sets to be presold, it would push things in the right direction.

If you guys think it will help, I'll also email them.
