Default Regarding Lowering + Factory Warranty

I went to Lexus today and they told me if i lowered it ,it would void the warranty? Well i notice that alot of people are lowering theres, so does that mean you guys dont care if your warranty is voided?

Might void some of the suspension warranty if they can show that lowering the car led to some your problems, doesn't void the ENTIRE car's warranty, although they might try to tie a LOT of things to your drop......

Up here some dealers sell and install Eibach, and keep the warranty intact. They charge more than doing it privately but that's the price for piece of mind.

They won't do it for the AWD but they did tell me that it will only void the suspension portion of the warranty.

so whats the lowest drop spring they have right now, and what are you guys doing about the lowering when the front is already higher than the back, so when its lowered its still where the front is higher than the back, is there a certain brand of sprint that has it right? where the front is lower than the back?

Of the spring that I know, Eibach's are the only ones that drop the front side more than the rear, giving a more balanced stance.

So far they have two kits: (1.4" front drop/1" rear drop) and (1" front/0.8" rear)

The 1.4/1 drop is REALLY aggressive, btw.

You're gonna have to make some compromises for that low of a drop.

But if you want a custom height, pony up the money and get some coil-overs .

You can go as looowww as you want.

U have an IS250 so if u're installing an Eibach Pro Kit u'll drop ur car 1.4" f and 1" r. For the 350 model 1"f and 0.8" r. See 4 ur self. Pic attached. Almost equal tire to wheel fender gap. But like what Joonsta said u have more play room with a coilover.

i was wondering if you had any issues with rubbing, or did you have to push in or shave that one piece that sticks out under your front fenders when you turn?

No problems at all. No shaving, no rubbing. Ride is stiffer than stock but tolerable. After a month (500-1000mi) I noticed my car dropped a little bit more.
