Default brakes are spongey

Hi everyone,
This is my first thread, just got my Lexus Gs300 1998.(Awsome car)
The brake pedal feels a bit spongey / too soft, I know the car hasn't been driven for a long while, and sometimes it sqeakes when I apply brakes.
The car has only done 15534 miles, will it need brake pad change or maybe a brake fluid change or bleeding.
Is there a procedure I can follow, that someone knows, to tell me how change the brake fluid, or to change the brake pads.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Flush your brakes out with motul.

If you want to go even further, get some stainless steel brake lines. As for the instructions, many of the GS guys would help you out.
