I am upset b/c I took pics but I can't find them If I remember right, I did 200 and followed it with 100. Nothing serious, just some light sanding.

I did not sand down my calipers like Mike, but I made sure that I cleaned them REALLY well to prevent any grime or residues that could affect the outcome of the paint.
I did sand down the hubs where the wheels are attched to the rotors. I always do when I remove my wheels. The rusting could cause uneven contact surface, resulting in unbalanced wheel spin.

From start to finish it took about 3 hours. The hardest part was actually jacking my car up Even with my low-profile jack, it is not easy to get to the jack points due to my kit.

Re:
After 3.5 straight hours, 4 coats each, no bathroom break, a sore back, knees, and hips, they're finally done. Used G2 kit. This was the 2nd time and last time I'll do this...
This one is a little crooked. I'm ticked but oh well...

Is there a professional service where you can have this done?
I have done this myself before but I don't like the bumpy look. I want them to look like after market calipers, smooth and shiny.
I am wondering if there is a place where I can send out a set of LS brakes before putting them on the SC.

Anyone just consider bead blasting those calipers & just making certain that they are cleaned really well? That sanding step seems a little bit too muck for me. Plus, I gotta believe that bead or abrasive blasting would be much more thorough.

Nice...I just did mine yesterday, Paint my calipers with the G2 brush on. VERY GOOD brake paint btw, brush on was easier than spray and dried alot faster plus, no clear coat needed cuz its glossy as hell after it settles. So my calipers are now red with metallic silver lexus decals on my millenium silver gs3. will post pics soon
