1.4 / 1.0 ?!

That's too aggressive, IMO.

Most people here get the 1.0 / 0.8, and for the ride quality...SEARCH !

eibach lists 2 kits

the is250 which is mine say 1.4/1.0 drop

and the is350 says 1.0/.8

i talked to eibach they said that they are the same set up just the is350 with 1.0/.8 is over the stock lowered suspension set up.

so i shouldnt go with the is250 kit?

If I knew I could have put the 250 springs on my 350, I would have done that.

yah they said the is350 they tested had the stock lowered suspension package on it so adding the springs lowered it another 1.0/.8 which makes sense that a is250 without the suspension package would be lowered 1.4/1.0

I just had my IS250 RWD lowered on the Eibach Prokit #8288.140. Its the 1.4/1.0 drop. I had the sport suspension set-up from Lexus, so the drop was an additional 1"F and 0.5"R. It sits very nice and is not too aggressive. It handles well in the turns. In fact, it feels just like my sport suspension, but a tad stiffer. The ride quality doesn't suffer that much. I'm very happy with the springs thus far.
