i'm hearin ya on the love bugs, but you just can't leave them on there! my old car had spots where they ate though the clear coat.

Your dealer did what they're supposed to do. I've cross-referenced the TSIB with the parts list, and according to the TSIB, the rotors ARE included in the replacement, no matter if you have a 250 or a 350. The part numbers in the red rectangle are the part numbers for the 250 and 250 rotors, respectively - and as you can see, they're listed in the parts to be ordered/replaced. They're just not labeled in the TSIB as such:

Huh... Ill have to ask if they ordered those too for me when they call and tell me my pads are in.

My dealer wouldn't replace the pads for free since mine were pretty much worn down to the metal. He did give me free rotors though.

so if i understand correctly... part# 43512-22260 is for the is250 brake pads and 43512-30310 is for the rotos???

No. The brake pad part numbers are actually listed on the second page of the TSB. All the part numbers listed on the first page are rotors for the GS430, GS450h, IS350, and IS250, respectively.

aww.... thats sux for me then. I just got my car back from Stevens Creek Lex and on the service report it says they only resurfaced the rotors, but they did replace the pads.

i believe its 43512-30310 per the first page of the tsb and the image above... javy, please correct me if i'm wrong.
