Anyone know a good website to get these parts discounted? I can only find the shoes online, and as of now it looks like I'm going to have to go to the dealer for the rest of the parts. Suggestions?

I think he's only asking for the parking brake, not the whole set of rotors and pads..
As for the springs and such, unless they're stretched and not retracting the shoes properly, you probably don't need to replace em as they only serve to function as a parking brake and nothing else. Install the shoes and be done with it.
