I just bought a Gen1 GS for my winter ride, and I wanted some opinions on the quality of the airbag suspension. I hear that some say its not all that realible, but the ease of use makes me wanna look into. Anybody got opinions on the airbag suspension? I know the reputation of Tein, but could you guys suggest any other coilovers? And if you had to choose, would you go airbag or coilovers.

airbag suspensions are purely for looks. You can't get any performance from them. If you only want looks then go with those but I'm not sure about the quality of those. None of the big suspension makers use airbag suspension, only small companies do. That tells you something about airbag reliability and performance.

Go with TEINs.

Yeah i agree with globe, if your going for looks and "Balla" appeal than get the airbags, if you want performance, go coilovers/springs.

the only good air suspension setups are the ones that come stock...but good luck trying to get all the parts...
