Default TSB in Canada?

Hi, I own an IS350, I heard that there is an alternative front pad replacement (for have too much brake dust), I went to the dealers and ask them about it, they told me that this TSB only applies to the States, Does anyone know if this TSB applies to Canadian cars too or have got it done b4, IF SO, can you plz provide some information for me, (like an code or data sheet that lexus was given to you)?

THX!!!

If TSIB's for the US apply to Canada as well, you can find the brake pads one here: http://is350.65gb.com

I just got the TSB done for my IS350, and I think there IS decreased performance, but nothing really to be shocked about, it's not really that noticeable.

If you don't mind, Port Moody Lexus has been fantastic with the service.

another alternative is the one around Terminal in Vancouver. Find Dave in the Service department. He's the manager there.

The lack of dust on my front wheels after 6 days is amazing. Quite the difference from the original pads. Don't notice much difference in braking either.

^^yea that... they end up replacing my rotors and with the new pads and i must say that the break dust is almost none existant after driving for 2 days. For some reason, with these new pads the break feel is more linear as oppose to the old pads which tends to "grab" at the first instance i apply the breaks. I got this done at Don Valley North lexus in Ontario and the service i received was fantastic. They also provided me with an ES350 loaner for a day.

I'm going to call up Richmond Hill Lexus tomorrow and find out if they can service my brake pads under the TSB. Hope this can apply to the IS250.
