After talking to 2 different service departments both stated the same. Suspension portion of the warranty will be voided when installing aftermarket springs on IS250 AWD.
Anyone heard different?

It's true, because no one makes, or markets, springs specific to the AWD so Lexus can't sell and install.
The service department at my dealership was going to sell and install them for me, and keep the warranty intact, until they realized I had the AWD. It would have been more expensive through the dealer but I was ready to pay the price to keep the warranty. Then I got the same answer as you did. I decided to not worry about it and get springs nonetheless. Waiting for them to arrive.
