Big brakes won't change your ability to stop in a single event. They may change your ability to slow repeatedly (or they may be worse depending on your pad selection.)
You might want to take a look at this article about brakes and braking systems before spending your money.

yes i have already read this article by you on one of the threads on brakes. that is exactly my point. change my ability to slow repeatedly. meaning if i have to make short stopping distance at high speed. i would not like to have much brake fade for repeated stops. especially when i take the car to the tracks.

I think the OEM 350 brakes would be the best option regardless of price. If you buy a "cheap" BBK (less than $5K), I'm sure it will suck *****. Designing a properly matched BBK is not cheap, which is why the reputable companies charge so much. If it isn't properly matched, your ABS performance can become erratic, brake bias might be wrong, pedal travel may increase and become mushy...

Interestingly enough, it appears the 250 auto and 350 auto share the same master cylinder, but the 250 MT has a different one. This could complicate things for MT owners if the master cylinder pistons are not the same diameter.

^^ have you checked out the FAQ whitepapers on Stoptech's site? There's a lot of good information there about the reasons why an "upgrade" needs to be carefully engineered.
