Default Is there a brake dust TSB or not?

I keep reading on here that people are getting a brake TSB done, my dealer keeps telling me that there is no TSB for my 07 IS 250.

Not only is the brake dust issue almost non existent with the new pads, the pads seem not to grab as abruptly as they used to. Now I can come to a stop without the jerky motion that used to happen just before the car stopped.

Some advisors are twits, they give us good ones a bad name. There is a TSIB for brake dust, the thing about it that it slightly reduces the braking performance also. We had my area rep out here last week for a meeting and she informed us that this is only to be done by the first few services. I am in the southern region, other reps may not have trouble with it being done later. So I have been advising my cust to have it done before the 15K mark.

my service advisor told me they would do it as long as your pads are still at least 4mm thick
