Did they say why you needed to change the struts? Were you having any adverse driving symptoms?

How many miles on the car..? Some brands you may consider are KYB's and Bilstein.. or you can go the coilover route and there are many options with those as well..

well chenzo26 it wasn't anything that unusual i was just taking the car for a diagnostic test and things i need was to change serpentine belt 90k major service 2 front struts and ball joints and get a wheel alignment.... I just bought the ball joints and i want to get the other parts so i can get them installed. For now the lexus consultant said i can get the ball joints and struts done and i would be fine. I did notice my steering wheel moved alot. Also when i go about 60 mph or more my steering wheel shaked alot and i was told i need to change my rotors and when i do get cross drilled rotors.

Well i would say that 90k is probably the right time to start replacing worn parts.. Try getting the ball joints and tie rods from Sewell Lexus and kyb shocks and struts from eBay or ajusa.com.. they have free shipping.. Buy the parts and have your local mechanic do the install.. The dealer is going to charge in arm and a leg for the parts you need.. GL..

True your better off doing everything at once and than you'll noticed a huge improvment from the old parts.. Keep us posted..
