PLEASE help!Stuck ball joints!!! help trying to change rear wheel bearing

I've been hammering the crap out of the suspension arms in the back in order to get to the bearing but they wont budge!!!! So frustrated and tired!

Is there an easier way to get break these joints??

Please help!!!
